Commissions are not first-come-first-serve. Requests could be declined should I find I cannot take the request for any reason.

None of the commissioned works (including sketches, wips, etc) are to be used for AI Machine Learning nor NFT/Crypto/Minting.

Unauthorized tracing, theft, editing out the watermark, etc are strictly prohibited.

I may feature the commissioned piece as part of my portfolio, post on social media and retain all rights to the commissioned artwork unless the client agrees to an NDA fee.

All commissioned work are for personal-use which includes but is not limited to: pfp, socmed banners, phone screens, rp, sharing on socials, etc. with proper credit.

Commercialized use includes but is not limited to using the piece as part of a merchandise line, featuring the work in a manner of promoting oneself for profit (ie music videos, ads, etc.), etc. If you are not sure about the nature of commercial-use, please reach out to me and we may discuss it further.

Unauthorized reselling/distributing the final product/files is strictly prohibited. The piece stays with you regardless of circumstance.

Work in progress images are not allowed to be shared publicly without permission.

Commissions may be recorded or streamed on discord or twitch.

Payments must be done upfront before the commission starts. Invoices will be provided via Paypal.

For orders that are at least 100 USD, I am willing to discuss a payment plan where the starting payment will be a 25% upfront deposit and the remaining 75% can be discussed further.

Full refunds may be only issued if the commission has not started after 1 week has passed or I must discontinue the commission for any reason.

Partial refunds are issued in the event that the client cancels in the middle of a commission in which the client will be responsible for covering the cost of progress made.

Please wait up to 3 days for refunds to fully process before contacting me after I provide a confirmation message that it has been sent.

For complex designs, due to the nature of my style, some details may be simplified for colored sketch commissions.

All work in progress images will have watermarks and glazing and will not be indicative of the final product’s quality.

I will only allow up to 3 free revisions following the sketching phase.

I ask to not be contacted for updates as I will provide them myself as necessary check-ins.
