* There will be no commercial works option for fanart and should I find that the character is protected under strict copyright, I may turn down the request.** If it is a "your character here" aka ych or photo reference, it must be under fair use and with permission from the original creator.

  • Commissions are not first-come-first-serve. Requests could be declined should I find I cannot complete the piece or deem the request beyond my abilities.

  • None of the commissioned works (including sketches, wips, etc) are to be used for AI Machine Learning nor NFT/Crypto/Minting.

  • Unauthorized tracing, theft, editing out the watermark, reposting, etc are strictly prohibited.

  • I may feature the commissioned piece as part of my portfolio, a post on social media and retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. Commissions may also be recorded or streamed on discord or twitch. (Unless the client agrees to an NDA)

  • All commissioned work is for personal-noncommercial/monetized-use.

  • Unauthorized reselling/redistributing the final product/files is strictly prohibited. The file stays with you regardless of circumstance.

  • Payment must be done upfront before I begin the commission.

  • If the commission is over 100USD, I will provide the option to pay partially upfront (min 25%) and the rest can be paid after the commission is complete.

  • Refunds may be only issued if the commission has not started after 1 week has passed or I am unable to complete the commission and cancel with a full refund.

  • Partial refunds are issued in the event that the client requests to cancel the commission but progress has been made of which the cost will be calculated based on how much was done.

  • In terms of time frame, once I have accepted the commission, I will take up to 3-4 weeks (unless stated otherwise) and I ask to not be contacted for updates as I will provide them myself as I work on the commission.

  • I will only allow up to 3 free revisions following the sketching phase- after we have agreed on a draft to work with. Once the final file is sent, there will be no revisions allowed.

  • For complex designs, due to the nature of my style, some details may be simplified especially for chibis and sketches.

  • Disability/Mobility Aids do not count as additional props- I will waive the fee if specified as such. If you are not sure, feel free to message me and ask ^^)b

  • All work in progress images will have watermarks and glazing and will not be indicative of the final product’s quality. Work in progress images are not allowed to be shared publicly without permission.

* Disability/Mobility Aids are free and count as part of the character not as an extra prop.** The commission will not be featured in portfolios publicly, streamed online, shared on socials, etc by the artist should the client pay the NDA fee.
