Commissions are not first-come-first-serve. Requests could be declined for any reason that includes being in violation of the terms they have specified.

None of the commissioned works (including sketches, wips, etc) are to be altered without permission, used for AI machine learning, nor used as NFT/Crypto/Minting.

Unauthorized tracing, theft, editing out the watermark, reposting, etc are strictly prohibited.

The artist may feature the commissioned piece as part of their portfolio, post on social media and retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. (Feel free to contact the artist about an NDA)

All commissioned work is for personal-noncommercial/monetized-use. (personal-use includes showing off on socials/streams, making physical prints for personal-use/as a gift to friend(s), socials pfp/banner, lockscreen/screensaver, etc. as long as it is done with credit to the artist)

Unauthorized reselling/redistributing the final product/files is strictly prohibited. The file stays with the client regardless of circumstance.

These terms also apply to raffle prizes, gifts, etc where applicable unless stated otherwise. Please ask if there is any confusion.

All information and data shared between the client and artist will be kept private.

Payment must be done upfront before the artist begins the commission.

If the commission is over 100USD, the artist will provide the option to pay partially upfront (min 50%) and the rest can be paid after the commission is complete.

Refunds may be only issued if the commission has not started after 1 week has passed or the artist is unable to complete the commission and cancel with a full refund.

Partial refunds are issued in the event that the client requests to cancel the commission but progress has been made of which the cost will be calculated based on how much was done.

Once the client is satisfied with the final check, they will receive the final deliverables after which refunds/charge-backs will no longer be available.

The starting date is set once the artist has sent a message confirming they have accepted the request. The estimated turnaround time will be listed under the services' descriptions.

The artist asks to not be contacted for updates as they will provide them as needed. At minimum, please wait a week before asking for an update if they have not reached out with one yet.

The artist will only allow up to 3 free revisions following the sketching phase- after we have agreed on a draft to work with. Once the final file is sent, there will be no revisions allowed.

For complex designs, due to the nature of the artist's style, some details may be simplified especially for chibis and sketches.

Disability/Mobility Aids do not count as additional props- the fee will be waived if specified as such. If the client is not sure about what may count as such, feel free to message the artist and ask ^^)b

All work in progress images will have watermarks and glazing and will not be indicative of the final product’s quality. Work in progress images are not allowed to be shared publicly without permission.
